Membership initiatives continue to be discussed in the Northwest Region. Members of the board thought it would be beneficial to go on the road to the different school districts and explain the benefits of joining the Northwest Region of PMSA. This is a large region geographically and therefore it was felt that traveling to these districts would be beneficial. The Northwest Region has 35% membership which is indicative of the rest of the regions; however, the goal is to do better.
Anneliese Ledebur passed out information for the schools to get their students involved in artwork that will be displayed at the PMSA conference. The region likes to showcase the work of the middle school students in the area. |

It will conclude with a dinner. The conference will be held at McDowell Intermediate High School in the Millcreek School District. Act 48 credits will be given for those attending the conference.
