Text Box: www.futureconnect.org Text Box: Administrators, teachers, and staff from schools in Northeastern Pennsylvania are invited to participate in a great opportunity. The Pennsylvania Middle School Association wants to bring representation, professional development, and leadership opportunities to the heart of the northeast. However, your help is needed. There will be two sessions offered in March and April for anyone interested in learning more about PMSA. The first session will be offered at the PMSA State Conference in State College on Tuesday March 21, 2006. The 11:00 – 12:00 concurrent conference session will feature an interactive and informational presentation on developing a strong leadership team in the Northeastern Region of PA. If you are unable to attend the Conference but have an interest in learning more and being involved in this exciting opportunity, plan on attending a second session at Lackawanna College. This meeting will be held in the late afternoon on April 27, 2006. Members of the PMSA Eastern Region Board will lead a presentation and explore strategies to expand representation for schools located in the northeast. The event will include a light evening meal. The time has come to expand representation on the Pennsylvania Middle School Association from the largest region of the State. Be a participant in one or both of these events.
