This report will summarize the Pennsylvania Middle School Association’s business for the school year of 2008 and 2009. The purpose of this document is to inform the constituents of the progress and direction of their organization. PMSA is an affiliate of the National Middle School Association whose membership encompasses each state, Canada, Europe and Asia. NMSA, over 18,000 members strong, is shaping policy which impacts middle level education nationwide.
