Requirements for application:
- Be an individual member of PMSA or employed by an school or organization that is institutional membership of PMSA
- Agree to attend regional meetings on a regular basis and the state conference when possible
- Support the goals of PMSA and advocate for the middle level
- Sign a PMSA conflict of interest form
